We aim to despatch all orders within 4 working days. Games Workshop products may take up to 7 working days to despatch.
At all times, we will endeavour to keep you up to date with the estimated despatch time of your items, and let you know of any possible delays as soon as we find out.

Pre order items will clearly list the expected release date for an item. Pre order dates may be subject to change. We will update these dates as soon as we find out about any changes.
We aim to despatch all pre order items so that they will arrive on or as close to the day of release as possible. Should your order contain any pre order items, we will not despatch the order until the pre order items are in stock.
We only ship to UK Mainland and IM, HS and ZE postcodes.
Once despatched, we aim for your order to reach you within 3 working days.
All deliveries are charged at a flat rate of £4.99 and sent by myHermes.
Delivery is free on all orders over £80.
We offer free collection in store on all of our products, simply select this option at the checkout (you will still be asked for a despatch address, but the items will be held in store for you).
We endeavour to have your items in store within 3 working days, or up to 7 for Games Workshop products. We will notify you by email when your order is ready to collect.
On collecting your items in store, you will also get the appropriate amount of stamps on your loyalty card.
When collecting your items, please bring your order confirmation and proof of ID with you. If you would like someone else to collect the items on your behalf, please let us know in advance and ensure that they bring the order confirmation and ID.
Should your order contain damaged/ missing/miscast items, the best thing to do is get in touch with the manufacturer directly as soon as possible, as they can usually solve any issues much more quickly.

For orders despatched to you, you must notify us of any issues with your order within 14 days of recieving the items. Once we have been notified, the items must be sent back to us for inspection. Once the items have been inspected, you will be notified on whether your request for a refund/exchange is valid.
For items collected from the shop, you must return the items to the shop within 14 days of purchase. We will endeavour to make a decision straight away, but at times it may take us up to 2 working days. Should your request be valid, we will either refund your original payment method or offer you an exchange up to the value of the items.
